#7 хм... Без cd-key очень сложно вернуть... Я например делал фотки для доказательства: сд-кей, сд-кей+написанное ручкой имя аккаунта+коробочка игры+диск игры+сд-кей. Потом в след письме мне прислали код, который я должен был ручкой написать на бумажке, на которой сд-кей написан, сфотал, отправил. След ночью пришло письмо с новым паролем, зашел поменял пароль на свой нужный, поменял секретный вопрос, ответ, мыло, потом подтвердил мыло и все.)™
ps: здесь была выложена моя переписка с человеком из mirc на канале #pracc.ru. Поверил RULON'у на слово и удалил ее (Археологам на будущее, если раскопаете эту тему!)

When I'm trying to play counter-strike this appears:

I lost my cd key because I bought these games like 4 years ago.
I entered to steam from this ip very long time. Why can't you just see it? I was using this ip adress for very long time.
