#7 хм... Без cd-key очень сложно вернуть... Я например делал фотки для доказательства: сд-кей, сд-кей+написанное ручкой имя аккаунта+коробочка игры+диск игры+сд-кей. Потом в след письме мне прислали код, который я должен был ручкой написать на бумажке, на которой сд-кей написан, сфотал, отправил. След ночью пришло письмо с новым паролем, зашел поменял пароль на свой нужный, поменял секретный вопрос, ответ, мыло, потом подтвердил мыло и все.)™

When I'm trying to play counter-strike this appears:
